Production Software Built for Institutional Scale

Verified software systems built and deployed during my application-engineering work at IO2i Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. These are real products handling financial disputes, institutional tenant isolation, and automated postal dispatch proofs for banks and NBFCs.

HONEST CAREER POSITIONING: This work represents verified application development, API architecture, and database engineering. It is the real-world software foundation that drives my progression into Cloud and DevOps.

Multi-Tenant SystemCASE STUDY→

A multi-tenant dispute arbitration platform serving institutional lenders and banks. Built with a Rust/Leptos WebAssembly frontend and a FastAPI gateway resolving tenant credentials dynamically per request using Python ContextVar primitives — guaranteeing cryptographic data isolation across concurrent queries without maintaining separate database clusters.

THE CHALLENGE:

Ensuring strict data isolation across 30+ institutional banking clients without the infrastructure overhead of spinning up 30 individual database clusters.

THE ARCHITECTURE:

Engineered dynamic host-based tenant resolution using Python ContextVar primitives in FastAPI. Each request binds to a verified tenant context on entry and proxies queries securely to upstream Frappe ERP services.

Litigant Dispute PlatformCASE STUDY→

A borrower-facing dispute platform designed for frictionless, secure self-service. Built with a Rust/Leptos WASM PWA frontend and a stateless FastAPI BFF over upstream Frappe ODR. Uses HMAC-signed stateless OTP flows (routing email over SMS to minimize messaging expense), constant-time anti-enumeration security, and offline cross-verification for borrowers who have received physical arbitration notices.

THE CHALLENGE:

High friction and drop-off during dispute settlement when requiring rigid account registration and password management for first-time borrower visitors.

THE ARCHITECTURE:

Designed a zero-password stateless authentication flow using cryptographically signed HMAC tokens with 60-second expiry windows, reducing friction while maintaining absolute dispute integrity.

High-Concurrency Tracking GatewayLIVE APP↗CASE STUDY→

A public tracking gateway and web platform with a Rust/Yew WebAssembly frontend and asynchronous FastAPI backend. Implements two-phase adaptive polling, in-memory status caching, and dynamic OpenGraph card generation for legal proof-of-delivery sharing.

THE CHALLENGE:

Providing an instant, reliable tracking UI and shareable proof-of-delivery previews over asynchronous postal scraping with variable response times.

THE ARCHITECTURE:

Engineered a Rust/Yew WASM client and FastAPI gateway with two-phase adaptive polling (15s then 4s intervals up to 95s) and dynamic OpenGraph meta-tag injection into the HTML shell on `/y/{tracking}`.

LWT Diary: Legal Workflow Automation Suite

Production Judicial SuiteCASE STUDY→

A consolidated judicial workflow automation suite engineered for legal operations at IO2i Outsourcing. Unifies four specialized court extraction pipelines (DRT/DRAT, NCLT, e-Jagriti, and High Courts) to automate CAPTCHA resolution, cause-list parsing, and order PDF extraction across 60+ tribunals nationwide.

THE CHALLENGE:

Tracking hundreds of legal proceedings across four fundamentally fragmented government portals, each employing incompatible CAPTCHA models, modal layouts, and PDF storage.

THE ARCHITECTURE:

Architected four decoupled domain modules under repository lwt_drt_diary: HTML5 canvas CAPTCHA extraction for DRT, DOM accordion unfolding and CDP printing for NCLT, dual-path REST/wire-interception for e-Jagriti, and 5-variant PIL consensus voting for High Courts.
